This was a Thanksgiving biscuit measuring about 10 by 12 inches. It was one of many dishes prepared that evening including stuffing, mashed potatoes, Tofurkey, mexican rice, and delicious vegetarian gravy. We presented the singular over-sized biscuit in a dinosaur server a few minutes into the dinner (as it was still baking) and our guests went wild. Fists delved into the warm biscuit and promptly slathered it with butter and gravy. The star of the evening? We're not making any assumptions, but we give this biscuit five out of five stars.
