This is one of two Giant cookies that we made. The diameter was about 10 inches for each cookie. To "spice" up the average peanut butter cookie recipe, we decided to add lime zest, chili paste, and ginger. The cookies were an excellent blend of sweet and savory, and leaves you asking, "Dinner, or desert?" On a scale of one to ten, we rate this pair as a ten.
