Instead of using any baking sheet, we used an entire oven rack covered in aluminum foil. The pizza was probably 24" (two whole feet) by about 16" (1.25 feet) - 384 square inches of pizza. This isn't the whole story, however... the pizza was two separate whole wheat crusts that we stuffed with a layer of sauce and cheese - quattro fromage (parmesan, asiago, mild provolone, fontina). On top we added more sauce and cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, and marscapone, some more quattro fromage), and then the toppings, which included, mushroom, green pepper, broccoli, vegetarian sausage links, and avocado. In a cross demographic taste test, our pizza was given 4 out of 4 Mama Mia's!!
